Jazmine Brooks of Norfolk Receives Award at VWIL Parade

At the Virginia Women's Institute for Leadership Reunion and Awards Parade on April 10, 2015, at Mary Baldwin College, Jazmine Brooks of Norfolk received the Sarah K. Small Award, which is presented in honor of 1st Lieutenant Sarah Small ’02 to senior cadets who have exemplified service and commitment to community and country.
