Cross Country standout Kali Carr was named as the MBC Rookie of the Year at the annual athletics banquet.

For the second time this season, Mary Baldwin College freshman Kali Carr has been named USA South's Women's Cross Country Rookie and Runner of the Week. Carr received the honor today after leading Mary Baldwin in the Disney Cross Country Classic at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex over the weekend in Orlando. Finishing 72nd in a field of 304 runners from all divisions, Carr completed the 5K course in 20:03.6, an new personal record for the year.

Softball pitcher Kate Dickinson was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association scholar-athlete team for the 2014-15 academic year.
